起源
「2+2=4のように、手元の事実を組み合わせれば答えが出る」という算数の比喩から発展した表現。
注釈
「（状況を見て）察する／推理する」。やや「気づくべきだよ」という含みで使うことも。会話でも文章でも一般的。
