起源
サッカーやラグビーなどでゴールの位置を動かすと得点条件が変わることから、比喩的に「途中で基準を変える」を意味するようになった。
注釈
不公平に条件・基準を途中で変更する非難の表現。会議・交渉・評価でよく使う。意図的に困らせる含みがある。
