起源
文字通り「視線をそらす」行為が比喩化し、不正や問題を意図的に見過ごす意味で定着した表現。
注釈
「意図的に見過ごす／黙認する」という非難の含みが出やすい。法律・規則違反や不正に対して使われることが多い。
