起源
デイジー（ヒナギク）が朝や雨上がりに生き生きとして見えることにたとえ、休養後の「さわやかさ・元気さ」を表す表現。
注釈
睡眠や休暇の後など「疲れが取れて元気」な様子に使う。外見のさわやかさにも言える。やや決まり文句で、軽い会話向き。
