起源
「system（制度・仕組み）」を「beat（打ち負かす＝出し抜く）」という比喩。官僚制・税制など“制度”を相手に抜け道で勝つ発想から定着。
注釈
正攻法ではなく、規則の穴や運用の隙を突いて有利にする感じ。賞賛よりも「ずるい」「不正すれすれ」の含みで使われることが多い。
